All too often, creative abilities are overlooked during the resolution of more conventional problems, due to an over reliance on rational and analytic thought. Stimulating the Creative Thinking of employees can transform the way that organisations develop products, services, processes and strategies. It can provide agreeably balanced and economically viable solutions for a vast range of challenges which arise, be they human or technological.
We aim to see that our clients get the right Creative Thinking tools, in order to improve processes in their businesses and organisations.
A Mindshake estabeleceu uma nova parceria e agora está representada também em Espanha.

We found our house where the blue sea meets the golden river; the Mindshake House, a restored house in Old Foz, Porto.
Our architectural conversion was informed by the concepts of ‘Laboratory’ and ‘White Board’. The house is a space for trying out new training techniques, and for the conception and development of ideas for products, services and events, where mistakes, restarts and rethinking form part of the creative process. We see the Mindshake House as a Mental Gym, where creative thinking is encouraged and taught through workshops and games.
The MINDSHAKE HOUSE has two rooms for training, and a kitchen for experimentation with food and taste. Our rooms are dedicated either to exclusive training, carried out by us for small groups, or to the provision of space for events, meetings and training sessions by institutions and groups associated with our values and with the principles of creativity.
Our clients are of a wide variety, ranging from companies to universities.
“ While seeking to encourage more creative attitudes in our daily work, we found in Mindshake, a solid partner in the area of Creativity and Design Thinking.”
ROCHE Farmacêutica Química, Lda.
“ The Creative Gymnastics sessions were undoubtedly fruitful, and this is true of the team's day-to-day life, which is now more willing and without so many mental barriers.”
“ Both the high participation in the APGEI-Mindshake workshops, and the satisfaction of those who took part, provide the reason to continue with this collaboration which has already lasted 8 years.”
“ Of the experiences I’ve already had with the Design Thinking methodology, the potential of this multidisciplinary 'good tool' for business innovation became obvious to me… recognising in Katja Tschimmel an ingenuity and artistry in teaching the method.”
